Cheryl Underground391 views1998-06-??
near Freedom, Oklahoma, USA

Alabaster Caverns (they're in northwest Oklahoma) - somewhere near the middle of the underground tour. This photo was shot with 1000 ASA film and I still had to hold still for several seconds. One member of the group didn't - and she almost disappeared from the picture! Our tour guide is on the far left.

Upper Tahquamenon Falls in the summer. This is one of my favorite places! It's near Paradise (appropriately enough) in Upper Michigan.

(New re-scan from the negative, plus a few enhancements)
Cheryl, climbing Elk Mountain286 views1998-06-19
near Lawton, Oklahoma, USA

Me, on the trail up the north side of Elk Mountain, in the Wichita Mountains (Oklahoma). It was humid and about 100º F (38º C) that day! We made it to the top of the trail, which I believe is atop the middle plateau on the left side of the photo.
