Arkansas/Eastern Oklahoma 2013
Talimena Skyline Drive, Clarksville AR area, Greenleaf State Park
Saturday November 2 through Sunday November 3
Stu and I drove (actually, I drove, and he rode) from Oklahoma City to the Talimena Skyline Drive in east-central Oklahoma. While there, we hiked on the Winding Stair trail for a short distance (about 2.5 km each way). We then went to Fort Smith for dinner, and stayed overnight at Clarksville AR. The next day (Sunday) we took the Mulberry River scenic drive (backwards to the normal direction), and returned to Oklahoma. In Oklahoma we visited Greenleaf State Park and took a small part of the hiking trail there (about 1.5 km each way), then returned to Oklahoma City.
The GPX files have been edited only to remove extraneous points and obvious errors.
