Because of thousands of spam comments (mostly in Russian) over the past few months, and, so far as I know, zero legitimate comments, I have added a couple of plugins to deal with this problem. If they fail, I will remove WordPress from this website, and make my own “blog” page via HTML, like it used to be long ago…and comments will not be allowed at all.
