Canton & Moline, Illinois
Thursday, August 4 through Monday, August 8, 2022
We drove from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Canton, Illinois and Moline, Illinois, including an overnight stop at Joplin, Missouri (northeast-bound) and at Merriam, Kansas (southwest-bound). In Canton, Illinois, we attended my high school reunion (45 years). We also visited (drove by) several points of interest in both Canton and Moline (including former residences in both cities).
I tracked the trip with a Bad Elf GPS Pro+ GPSr (GPS receiver).
NOTE: the downloadable GPX tracks are the full GPX files, while those shown on the provided "view map" links are simplified (with minimal effect on geographic accuracy) for much faster viewing.

Saturday, August 6

Sunday, August 7
- GPX / view map—Driving from Canton, Illinois to Merriam, Kansas, via Moline, Illinois. We visited two of my former residences in Moline, got ice cream at Whitey’s (also in Moline), then had dinner in Osceola, Iowa. From there we continued to the hotel in Merriam.
